Gunter's Lane Bus Shelter Repaired

Last week, our Town Rangers undertook repairs on the vandalised bus shelter on Gunter's Lane, at the junction with Hoads Mill (see 'before and after' pictures here). The shelter is now better equipped to protect users from the elements again and has been restored in line with its original look.

Donated to the town in 1963, this shelter was provided by Dr Claude Pycroft, Mayor of Bexhill-on-Sea between 1949 and 1951.
